The CrossFit Bradenton Barbell Club is for the more experienced athlete looking for more specific strength and skill work on the Olympic lifts (The Snatch & The Clean & Jerk). The Barbell Club focuses on these Olympic lifts and offers more individualized instruction from Coaches, Paris Vannata and Johnny Lay, both certified USAW Sports Performance Coaches as well as Beth Vannata a CrossFit Olympic Lifting Trainer. Classes are twice per weel for 8 weeks.Coach’s Eye video analysis is also included with detailed annotation. If you want to really improve your Olympic lifts, this is a great way to do it.
