The CrossFit Bradenton Barbell Club is for the more experienced athlete looking for more specific strength and skill work on the Olympic lifts. The Barbell Club focuses on all of the Olympic lifts and offers more individualized instruction from Head Coach, Paris Vannata, a certified USAW Sports Performance Coach twice per week. Also included are Coach’s Eye video analysis. If you want to really improve your Olympic lifts, this is a great way to do it. This class is offered at an additional fee of $195 for an 8 week program.
