In most cases, our on-boarding process works like this.

CrossFit may look intimidating for some people.  We know this because we were in your shoes at one point too.  However, every movement that we do is scalable for all fitness levels including people new to exercise, elite athletes and older clients.  One area where we will not compromise is with our client’s safety.  Your instructors will keep a watchful eye on you to make sure that you’re performing movements properly and safely.

We will follow this model when introducing you to the movements of CrossFit:

Technique – First we will teach you the proper technique for the movements.
Consistency – Then we will make sure that you have consistency with your technique.
Intensity – Only then will we allow you to increase the intensity  levels.
