Foundations Program for New CrossFitters

4 Steps Infographic - BlackCrossFit Bradenton’s Foundations program will be focused on your individual mobility, skill development and exposure to CrossFit’s foundational movements over three private 1 on 1 classes with a dedicated coach.  This program is designed to prepare you to effectively enter our ongoing group classes and to get you up to speed quickly.

We will place a heavy emphasis on technique to make sure that you perform the movements safely and to provide the proper building blocks for your CrossFit journey.  We will be starting with relatively non-technical movements and progressing to more technical movements over the course of the program.
