Stick to your Personalized Plan (included) and make small adjustments with the oversight of a Nutritionist. Your plan has to fit YOU: that means making adjustments as you go. Stay accountable, and keep optimizing your results.
- Ongoing Nutrition Coaching: $30/month
Moving into your Maintenance Phase, stay accountable with monthly visits to the Nutritionist. This option is available only as an add-on to a one of our CrossFit membership options after having a Personalized Plan made.
