Stop me if you’ve been here before. Something has made you realize that you are not as healthy as you want to be.
Maybe it was the commercial for the new Globo Gym down the street. Maybe you were suddenly winded playing tag with your kid in the backyard. Maybe you stepped on the scale at your last check-up with your doctor and saw a number that you didn’t expect to see. Whatever it was; you decided to join that huge box gym and finally get fit! You replaced a few of those burgers with some salads, and started plugging those miles away on the treadmill and slung some dumbbells around! A few weeks (or maybe months since you are a dedicated person) later, you start to trail off. Those salads start to turn back into pizzas. Your gym days become few and far between, after all you have to work and get those kids to school right? That fiery feeling of motivation has all but dwindled to nothing. Once again; we have fallen short of our goals. So what happened?
The problem is that all of those fancy Globo Gyms are designed to keep you in this loop. Paying them month after month for little to no results and lackluster service. Hear me friend, they want you to fail. Most of them don’t even know your name, let alone care what your health & fitness goals are. You are not alone. Almost every single one of us here at CrossFit Bradenton have been where you are now. And we have the answer for you.
WHO ARE WE
We are a growing family of happy, hungry, and humble people who encourage each other to get better every day.
We exist to serve our athletes (you!) and our community. We will put each other’s needs before our own, and we will give everyone who walks through our doors the best hour of their day. We believe that you can look better, feel better, and have fun while conquering your unique health & fitness goals.
Group Training
Our group CrossFit classes are our bread & butter. We believe that true life change happens in the context of relationships. To that end we highly recommend finding your tribe in our group classes. Our workouts are tough, and there is no better way to take them on than by taking them on with a team around you.
Your RX
The workout of the day may be the same in every class, but it can be uniquely tailored to your personal goals. When you join CFB, we will go over your specific goals and design specific tactics for you to use within the group classes that will optimize your results.
Accountability
Every 3 months you will get a check-in meeting with your coach. At this meeting we will look at your initial goals and the progress you have made towards them. We will evaluate and create new strategies to ensure that you do not plateau or stop making progress. Your fellow athletes will also hold you accountable to your goals and to getting better every single day.

Our Core Values
The type of training that we do in our gym is hard. There is no getting around that fact. It is also the best way to become a more physically fit human. But at CFB we also strive to develop our character the same way we develop our bodies. There are four values that we hold sacred at CFB. These are the central tenants of who we are and what it means to be on our crew.

Hard Work
Nothing we teach you will work unless you do. Showing up to the gym every day ready to work and cheer on your fellow athletes is all we ask. We will be working right alongside you every step of the way..
Commitment
CrossFit is not easy. We do not promise “instant six packs” or that you’ll magically become an elite athlete in just a few weeks. We make goals and we hold ourselves and each other accountable to doing whatever it takes to accomplish them. We always move forward, we never settle for less than full effort.
Respect
We are a family, and we demand respect for all people who enter our gym. Athletes, coaches, family members, guests, and pets are all part of our crew. (We are dog friendly) We realize that we are blessed and we expect every member of the crew to be good stewards of our facility & equipment.
Honor
Be true to yourself, act with fidelity, truth, and humility. While these are mainly life tenants, they bring out the best behavior in our environment. It’s not thinking less of yourself, it’s just thinking of yourself less.
