CrossFit Classes

In it’s true definition CrossFit is “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in it’s practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on fitness at its finest.

Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!

Barbell Club

CrossFit Bradenton is home to the Florida Gulf Coast Weightlifting Team. We offer top tier instruction for adults as well as youth with USA Weightlifting certified coaches who lead programs at the National & International levels of competition. We have competitive weightlifters ranging from age 12 to 40+.But you don’t have to be a competitor to love weightlifting and want to get better. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements.

Personal Training

Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. For Athletes who want 100% of your coach’s focus this is the option for you.

We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.

Nutrition Coaching

It is often said that your fitness level is 20% your activity and 80% the things you put in your mouth. And we don’t disagree. Our Nutrition Coach and Registered Dietician, Mallie Shirk, will work with you to develop an individualized gameplan to make sure what you eat is maximizing your fitness progress.
