The CrossFit Bradenton Barbell Club is for the more experienced athlete looking for specific strength and skill work on the Olympic lifts (Specifically, the Snatch & the Clean & Jerk). If you want to improve your Olympic lifts, this is a great way to do it.
What should you expect?
You will receive individualized instruction from one of our experienced coaches in a small group setting. Video analysis is also included to help you really see the nuances of each movement. Classes are held twice per week in 6-8 week cycles. Our class size is limited to just 8 people so we can ensure more individualized attention.
